Image result for coronavirus imageWhile we assumed things were getting better, suddenly we find ourselves back to phase 1 again.  This is creating more grief and feelings of uncertainty than ever before.  The more uncertain and unpredictable our lives become, the more grief we begin to experience. Whether there’s a loss as in a loved one’s death or a loss related to some sort of predictable job, routine, or any kind of “normal”, grief will find a way into your life.
